As we do not sell investment or pension products, these educational financial services fall under the jurisdiction of general consumer laws in the UK, including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, the Consumer Protection (Amendment) Regulations 2014, and the Digital Markets, Competition, and Consumers Act 2024. The Competition and Markets Authority oversee us.
